HD Splitter is a small tool intended for splitting and merging High Definition Blu-Ray audio and video files.

It works with AC3, EC3, DTS, DTS-HD, WAV (PCM), MLP, M2V, AVC, and VC-1 formats. This program uses two ways for time setting: in milliseconds as real-time mode and video frames according to video format.
